The company is committed to the continual improvement of standards and performance throughout the organization by the implementation of an effective quality assurance management system that will provide a framework for establishing and reviewing quality assurance objectives.

To achieve and maintain the required level of quality assurance the Managing Director retains responsibility for the quality assurance management system with routine operation controlled by the QHSSE Manager. The Managing Director has overall responsibility for policy formulation, implementation and review. In addition, he will ensure relevant quality assurance objectives and targets are set, necessary measures implemented and performance reviewed annually.

The policy will be kept up to date in order to maintain and improve quality assurance standards. To ensure this, the policy and performance of the company will be periodically reviewed and amended if necessary. This policy is provided and explained to each employee and any other relevant parties by the Managing Director and asks them to act and comply with the policy in the spirit intended.
