The policy will be kept up to date in order to maintain and improve our relations with our customers. To ensure this, the policy and performance of the company will be periodically reviewed and amended if necessary. This policy is provided and explained to each employee and any other relevant parties by the Managing Director and asks them to act and comply with the policy in the spirit intended.
